When its All Said and Done…

One of our regular students has been fighting a grave illness and wanted to shed some words of advice to the new younger students. She is sister Hannah, a Jewish convert to Islam, who has learned to come to grips with her debilitating sickness.  She listens to me advise the young students on the site everyday and asks for the chance to contribute a few words…Ama Baad:
Greetings of As salaamu Alaikoum to my brothers and sisters of Sunnahfollowers:
I am a very sick person but I dont let life take me down.  I make every day a healthy day; and each day I improve, that is how you fill new strength and energy into your body. The feeling of new strength is so great that even when am in a lot pain, I am still happy with life.  Weak people find weak excuses to continue living.  The Creator gave us the intelligence and reasoning power to take control of our body.
Most young people think they are totally indestructible, but what a sad way to think.  Others learn after they reach 40 or 50 years old. Everyone’s  body is a temple of  Allah.  We are responsible for our choices and lifestyle. There is no wealth greater than the love of Allah.
Change your mind from the things of this world and make a change for Allah’s Jannah.  He created you to serve him, and there is nothing so precious than to have him on your side.  The strongest principle of growth lies in the human choice to live with Allah; and this choice will help you  rise above any problem.   Rememeber you are the one that makes the choice, no matter what wrongs you have done, you can turn it around by asking Allah to forgive you; and you will then be back on the right path.
The best thing in life is to have a positive attitude, and to love Allah; for, if you love Allah and do his will, you find beauty in every thing. Respect yourself. Respect others,  and be Responsible.   Live today, tomorrow and always until the angel of death comes for you.
Stay on  sunnahfollowers.net and you will be on the rigth path.  Also enjoy life to its fullest.
Thanks to Allah for bringing sister Laila Nasheeba into my life and all the other teachers at sunnahfollowers too. Laila Nasheeba is my inspiration and I love her.  May Allah Reward her with Jannah.
Your humble sister in faith,
Hannah
